E. Lloyd Webber, Jr., Co-Founder. Primary role: CEO. Mr. Webber is a highly respected 23 year veteran of the mobile, wireless and personal computing industry. He has conducted business around the world for Motorola, Inc., Sega Corp., and IBM. He has successfully penetrated previously unseen market niches, and created a national presence for companies. He has held many leadership roles within each company that include Director of Global Product Marketing, Product Sales Manager and Director of Business Development. Throughout his career, he has been involved with leading edge and groundbreaking innovations both in hardware and software that impact consumers' day to day lives. Such innovations include mobile devices (Android Smartphones, RAZR 2, first 3G handset and the first two-way paging device), online gaming (Sega) and personal computing (OS/2, DOS, PS/2, "Butterfly" Notebook and network computing). His experience at Motorola provided valuable insight of the inner workings of both manufacturers of mobile phone devices and the workings of mobile phone carriers such as AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, and Verizon. Mr. Webber graduated from Earlham College with a BA in Business Management in 1987 and successfully completed IBM's sales training school. Mr. Webber holds eight United States patents. Bradford F. Butts., Co-Founder. Primary role: COO. Mr. Butts is a highly motivated, independent mobility solutions consultant with exceptional management and leadership experience from over 19 years of international business, portfolio planning, marketing, business development, and engineering development in complex mobility solutions. Through The Bradford Organization, he develops strategic direction, business models, P&Ls, and scopes of work, and negotiates contracts for web, desktop, and mobility platforms. In his 15 years with Motorola, Inc., Mr. Butts established an admirable track record of leading multi-disciplined global teams to define winning customer value propositions and deliver profitable, competitive, and differentiated mobile solutions for signature mobile service providers, software, and automotive customers around the world. He implemented significant improvements in portfolio planning & strategy, organizational effectiveness, resource planning, and strategic product line decisions Mr. Butts graduated from The Ohio State University with a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1991. He completed Finance for Executives training and development in 2003 from the University of Chicago GSB. Mr. Butts holds ten United States patents.
